Why Silent Disco Works for Vacation Rentals

Most rental homes and HOAs set quiet hours. A silent disco keeps the party going without the noise complaint.

Stay within quiet hoursThe music plays in the headsets, not the neighborhood, so the party doesn’t have to end at 10 pm.
Everyone picks the vibeMulti-channel packages let guests switch between channels – and it’s the photo moment of the trip.
Local, not shippedDelivered, set up and hosted in person. No boxes to return and someone right there if anything goes wrong.

How Booking Works

Planning from out of town is easy.

  1. Send your dates. Use the form or text Will with the date, group size and where you’re staying.
  2. Get your quote. Expect a reply within a day or two with a package recommendation and an exact price.
  3. Lock it in. Confirm, share your music must-plays and do-not-plays, and show up to a party that’s ready.

Questions

Can Will DJ at our vacation rental or Airbnb?

Yes – chalets, condos, rental homes and private rooms around Steamboat. Check your rental’s house rules on events and guest count first; Will can help you pick a setup that fits them.

What about noise rules and quiet hours?

Many rentals and HOAs set quiet hours. A silent disco keeps the music in the headsets, so the party can keep going. Will also offers the ability to start on speakers and transition to headphones as the event progresses, upon request.

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have dates. Winter weekends and holiday weeks (Christmas through New Year’s, MLK and Presidents’ Day) are the first to go.

Does Will bring lights?

Dance floor lighting is included in the Full Night In package and can be added to any other package.

Does Will travel outside Steamboat?

Yes. Will plays all over Routt County and Northwest Colorado. Travel outside Steamboat is included in your quote up front, so there are no surprises.

Can we just rent the speakers and lights?

Yes. The House Party Kit and individual items can be delivered and set up, or picked up in Steamboat. See Equipment Rental.
